These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Online Goal Tracker (the "service"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Online Goal Tracker is a free goal-tracking tool that lets you create goals and log progress without signing up. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may limit or discontinue the service with or without notice.

Usernames and accounts

Your data is associated with a username. Until you sign in, anyone who knows your username may be able to view or edit the associated goals, so treat anonymous usernames as public. Signing in with Google ties your username to your account so only you can edit it. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other users' data without authorization, disrupting the service, scraping it at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

Subscriptions and payments

Core goal tracking is free. Optional paid features, such as locking a username and removing ads, are offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Your content

You retain ownership of the goals and entries you create. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store and display that content back to you so the service can function. You are responsible for the content you add.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online Goal Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above when we do. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
